Developmental Disabilities/Extended Family Care
Our goal at Mother of Mercy LLC is to support our beloved participants, their loved ones/families, and everyone with developmental disabilities to enjoy safer, healthier, more independent, and more fulfilling lives.
We serve persons with all kinds of developmental disabilities: physical, and intellectual disabilities. This includes, but is not limited to autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, etc.
We offer coordination of services, including facilitation, monitoring, and advocacy. Apart from that we also offer day services with an emphasis on helping people maintain and develop their abilities in self-care, employment, and community inclusion to further their social and personal development.
Our extended family care includes employment services with a focus on helping people achieve their professional goals while enhancing their social, personal, and intellectual well-being. Our employment services focus on helping people maintain and improve their abilities in vocational activities. These services create paid employment opportunities in collaborative environments that provide workers with a meaningful opportunity to interact with coworkers and clients. In addition, we offer personal care services that offer help and instruction to people so they can preserve and increase their abilities in basic activities of daily living and community integration as well as foster their social and personal growth.
