Mother of Mercy LLC empowers participants with disabilities by providing them with possibilities for independent employment that promote self-sustainability, equality, and community integration.
We aim at creating a workforce that is more inclusive, varied, and equitable through collaborations with government entities, corporations, educational institutions, and community-based groups.
We assist the participant in achieving transitional goals because we believe that everyone, regardless of their abilities, has the right and obligation to play an active role in their community.
Our resources are tailored towards assisting all individuals in addressing their needs and achieving their goals/objectives. Our strategy is individualized, to consistently offer a fulfilling experience. We serve as leaders, learners, and listeners in support of this vision. We support our participants in their communities as they work toward their self-determined personal dreams and goals.
Our objective is to provide a safe environment/atmosphere that offers room for development, success, and self-assurance. Maximum independence and a high level of self-efficacy are the ultimate goals. Our holistic approach is built on the beliefs of love, dignity, respect, and compassion.
We all adhere to a core set of values in order to fulfill the goal and vision of Community Integrated Service. Helping the people we serve live fulfilling lives is our main priority. Day services, community supports services, in-home care, specialized support, and other tailored services are all provided with the fraternal love of an ideal mother in an ideal home. They are all-encompassed in safety, compassion, and love for our participants, their guardians/families, and all their loved ones.
